Sexual Safety Practice Charter
On 5 December 2025, NHS England introduced new actions and a self-assurance checklist for GP practices to prevent sexual misconduct and ensure compliance with the Sexual Safety Charter.
Key requirements for primary care include:
- Sexual Safety charter
- Sexual Safety organisational lead
- Chaperone Policy
- Mandatory Training
The Practice has completed the above to prevent sexual misconduct and complied with the sexual safety charter.
